Waynesville, MO — The City of Waynesville is pleased to announce the appointment of Beatrice “Bea” White as Finance Officer.
Bea White has been a dedicated employee of the City of Waynesville since 2015. During her tenure, she has steadily advanced through the Finance Department, beginning her career as a Utility Billing Clerk before moving into roles in Accounts Payable and Payroll. For the past two years, she has served as the City’s Assistant Finance Officer, gaining valuable leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of municipal financial operations.
Throughout her career with the City, White has demonstrated a strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, and public service. Her progression through multiple finance roles has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the City’s financial systems and day-to-day operations.
“Bea’s experience, institutional knowledge, and dedication to the City make her an excellent choice for this role,” said John Doyle, City Administrator. “We are confident she will continue to serve the City of Waynesville with professionalism and integrity.”
As Finance Officer, White will oversee the City’s financial management functions, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.
