Due to issues with delivery of mail by the post office, the City of Waynesville is aware receipt of utility statements were delayed. As a result, the due date for all utility payments has been extended to November 24, 2025.
Please note that penalties for late payments will now be applied beginning November 25, 2025.
We appreciate you're understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure all residents receive their utility statements in a timely manner.
