CUSTOMER NOTICE REGARDING LATE PAYMENT EMAILS

We want to make our customers aware of a recent issue involving our web-based payment system. Last night, we were notified that some customers who have already made payments received past due notifications via email.

At this time, our internal (server-based) system is properly reflecting payments; however, those payments are not consistently transferring to our web-based payment platform, despite appearing synced. We understand how frustrating and concerning this is, and we share that frustration as we continue working with our third-party software provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you received a past due notice but have already submitted your payment, we ask that you please reach out to our office. This will help us identify when the error occurred and ensure your account is accurate.

We also want to be transparent that, due to ongoing issues with our current system, the City has already taken steps toward a long-term solution. We have engaged with Oracle NetSuite for Government, with planning beginning in mid-July 2025 when these issues first arose. While transitioning to a new system takes time, we are working diligently toward a projected launch in late 2026 or early 2027.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through this matter. Thank you for your understanding.
