Please be advised that you may experience LOW WATER PRESSURE in the following areas over the next several days. This temporary change is due to the installation of a new pump, which is part of our ongoing efforts to improve system reliability and water service.
Our team is working to complete the installation as quickly and safely as possible. Normal water pressure will be restored once the process is finished.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these necessary upgrades. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Waynesville City Hall at 573-774-6171.

Notice of Holiday Closure

City Hall will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025, and Friday, November 28, 2025, in observance of Thanksgiving.

Regular business hours will resume on Monday, December 1, 2025.

📬 Utility Bill Update

Due to issues with delivery of mail by the post office, the City of Waynesville is aware receipt of utility statements were delayed. As a result, the due date for all utility payments has been extended to November 24, 2025.

Please note that penalties for late payments will now be applied beginning November 25, 2025.

We appreciate you're understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure all residents receive their utility statements in a timely manner.

📬 Utility Bill Update

Utility bills were mailed out on October 30. We understand that some customers have not yet received their bills, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Mail delivery times can vary and are unfortunately beyond our control, but please rest assured that all bills were mailed out.

If you do not receive your bill soon, please contact our office at 573-774-5217 or visit us in person at 100 Tremont Center to make a payment.
